Summary
Additional information contains the synthesis of a survey conducted at nationallevel in Austria, Poland and Italy to monitor educational materials ontrafficking in human beings especially for the purpose of sexual exploitation,that are addressed to high school students. These materials are producedand available for use in the school system of the above mentionedthree Countries.Additional informationstrives to provide teachers with some tools to deepen their knowledgeand awareness as well as to get updated information on the issue oftrafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual exploitation.In the first part Additional information provides some examples, whenavailable, of educational activities dealing with trafficking in human beingscarried out by social actors, such as local institutions, NGOs, researchcentres, etc...A second part provides links to web resources on the trafficking in humanbeings and victims’ human rights. The list, according to the situation ofCountries, includes web-sites of both local and national institutions, aswell as NGOs that are active on prevention, assistance, training, awareness-raising, and reintegration. The online pages provide updated informationon programs and activities carried out by all stakeholders. In the thirdpart, an essential bibliography ends each national part.The three parts covering Austria, Italy, and Poland, are presented in therespective language.The contents of this Additional information are also presented in English ina short abstract (Summary) for each of the three countries in the single nationalsections.
