- The Guiding Principles contain specifi c principles for law enforcement agencies including labour inspectors, and specialized service providers. The publication is divided into two parts. Chapter I refers to the cooperation between law enforcement agencies and key stakeholders, detailing the benefits, the general principles and the components of an MoU. Chapter II provides the details of the cooperation procedure from the perspective of law enforcement agencies, specialized service providers and labour inspectors.
