Summary
Following a request by the European Commission, the report examines comparatively the relevant legal instruments at EU and national level and judicial data and case law with the aim to develop opinions and conclusions regarding child trafficking. This report provides recommendations and suggestions towards strengthening the role of the European Union (EU) in the fight against child trafficking. The report provides also a number of examples of good practices in various EU Member States.
