- It is about time for the international community to rework their understanding of “jurisdiction”,
“work and labor”, and even “advertising.” Every criminal justice system must be geared up to
appreciate novel forms of evidence such as in the way child pornography particularly that in the
internet, recent crackdown of which having been recently made in 6 European countries, will
have to be proven during trial. With the proliferation of cyber-sex, international legal experts, in
their attempt to hold everyone in the trafficking trade liable regardless of the nature of
