- Agenda of the first meeting, held in Strasbourg on 5 and 8 December, of the Committee of the Parties of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings. The meeting elected the experts who will monitor whether states meet their treaty obligations. The Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) will regularly publish reports evaluating measures taken by states to apply the convention. The documents outlines, in Annex III, the Rules of Procedure of the Committee of the Parties.
