- The conference on 28-29 June 2007 brought together nearly 200 participants which included representatives of NGOs, local authorities, health care providers, policy makers, researchers, undocumented migrants, and other actors to share experiences and discuss ways to address the problems associated with insufficient access to health care services for undocumented migrants. This report provides an overview of the contributions of the speakers as well as the main themes of discussion in the plenary and workshop sessions. Themes addressed: Social Inclusion: Conceptual and Policy Framework, Human rights and public health strategies, Health Care Needs of Undocumented Migrants: Some Urgent Priorities. Workshop I: Advocacy campaigns and strategies throughout Europe. Workshop II: Challenges and ethical dilemmas in providing health care-related assistance to undocumented migrants. Workshop III: Challenges and ethical dilemmas in providing health care-related assistance to undocumented migrants. Workshop IV: Building partnerships at the local level.
