Summary
"A human rights approach should be integrated in any plan of action as a normative framework in thefurther development of policies and measures against trafficking in human beings. Mechanisms shouldbe established to ensure that anti-trafficking measures comply with existing human rights norms anddo not undermine or adversely affect the human rights of the groups affected, in particular traffickedpersons but also (female) migrants, asylum seekers or prostitutes."
