- The guidelines consist of three parts including a theoretical framework for participatory monitoring, a kit with eight different tools to be used to collect data as well as annexes with tips on how to run training workshops and analyze baseline data. The guidelines and these eight different tools were developed with a view to involving all key stakeholders, including government officials, partner organizations, families and children at risk of trafficking and of course the TICW project staff themselves.
