Julia Planitzer provided (PPP) examples and highlighted gaps and the reasons for limited application of corporate criminal liability, gaps in claiming wages in subcontracting and discussed how and which alternative/complementary complaints mechanisms can be used. She further explained about company-based grievance mechanisms (criteria they would need to fulfil etc.) or collective redress actions . Her presentation focussed on exploitation taking place in Europe (hence not European companies acting outside Europe, or questions of extraterritoriality etc.)
