- On July 3, 2019 the Dutch parliament commission on Justice and Secturiy discussed the dutch policy and action approach to human trafficking, including labour exploitation. In close consultation the organisations FNV, Fairwork, Comensha en La Strada International have sent in a common letter to call for more attention for severe forms of labour exploitation. Recommendations include the need for improvement of claiming of compensation and back wages and the elaboration of a possible additional legal criminal article related to article 273f Sr.
