Summary
ECRE's Eastern Europe project is publishing reports on the situation for IDPs, refugees and asylum seeker in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation and Ukraine in 2009. As well as describing the situation for these groups of people, the reports also contain recommendations to governmental and international agencies on how to improve their protection.
